Skills:

• Mechanic/Engineer: Wally originally worked as a mechanic before he was hired to be an engineer at Terrific-Tech. His education is taking some vocational classes after dropping out of college, but his experience as a superhero has provided him with years of on the job training when it comes to his mechanical expertise.

• Hand-to-Hand Combat: Wally will never be mistaken for being one of the best fighters in the world without the aid of his powers, but he does have formal training in a lot of different fighting styles including martial arts and boxing.

Superpowers:

• Speed Force Conduit: Wally is connected to the extra-dimensional energy source known as the Speed Force which grants him his speedster and speedster-adjacent abilities. It is said in canon that Wally has the strongest connection of any speedster in the DC Universe.

• Super-Speed: The main attribute of being connected to the Speed Force is the ability to run and move at incredible speeds that can exceed the speed of light. It is stated by the cosmic being known as Tempus Fuginaut that Wally is the fastest being in the entire (DC) multiverse.

Note: In game, I abide by the comic book writer logic that Wally is as fast as the current plot needs him to be.

• Enhanced Reflexes & Agility: Wally can react significantly faster than a base human and his enhanced balance/body coordination provides him with superior maneuverability.

• Superior Stamina: Since Wally draws his power from the Speed Force, he could run at near peak speed for days before he tires.

• Intangibility: Wally is able to vibrate his molecules at the right frequency which allows him to phase through objects and people. He is also capable of overcharging the object he's phasing through with Speed Force energy causing it to explode.

• Accelerated Healing: Wally is able to heal significantly faster than a normal human and have most poisons pass through his system almost immediately courtesy of his accelerated metabolism.

• Energy Construct Creation: Wally is capable of creating objects out of Speed Force energy. But, really, it's just a cool way to summon his Flash suit.

• Steal/Lend Speed: Wally can steal the speed of objects in motion and from other people to augment his own speed and/or slow down said objects. On the other hand, he can also lend objects in motion and people some of his own speed which makes himself slower in the meantime.

• Speed Force Aura: All speedsters connected to the Speed Force have a protective kinetic absorbent shield that protects them, whoever they are carrying at the time, and the surrounding environment from the consequences of them moving at such speed.

• Vortex Creation: Wally can rapidly rotate his limbs to produce vortexes of wind.

• Enhanced Mental Process: Wally is able to take in and process information at an accelerated rate. Though anything he reads when in this accelerated state fades away from his memory after a few minutes.

Limitations:

• Mortal: Despite his fantastic abilities, Wally is still flesh and blood like any other human meaning he can still be injured and killed even if it's a little harder to do.

• Emotional: Wally is perfectly capable of letting his emotions get the best of him and cloud his judgment such as him allowing his archenemy Hunter Zolomon to manipulate him into doing his bidding by teasing Wally with knowledge about his missing children.

• Science/Tech: There are scientific ways to mitigate a speedster's abilities such as Captain Cold's Cold Gun that slows its targets atoms or energy machines that can siphon off Speed Force energy.
